Founder and CEO, Nicole De Jong, is an experienced and enthusiastic HR Executive with a proven background in employee relations, HR management, recruitment, and change management. With a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from University of Hartford, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from FIDM, a HR Management Certificate from Cal State Fullerton, and a SHRM professional certification, her goal is to bridge the gaps between legislation, employers, and employees. After several years in the industry, Nicole decided to branch out on her own and use a “people first” approach to human resources consulting.
